Exchanges, Cancellations & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
Please email us at madamedabi@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Returns
Each art print is made to order especially for you and original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces. For this reason, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Please choose carefully before placing your order and check all product details, including size, paper, framing information and shipping times.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at madamedabi@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Lost Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at madamedabi@gmail.com.
We will look into it with the courier or printing partner. Where applicable, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only where applicable, for example in the case of damaged or lost orders.
Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour variations due to screen settings, or delays caused by customs, courier issues or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order and include a phone number whenever possible.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply.
