✦ Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Madame Dabi ships worldwide, from either Italy or local print labs in the US or EU, depending on the item.

✦ Will I have to pay customs fees?
Your order can be subject to customs and duties only if you’re ordering an Original Artwork.

Artprints shipped from a local lab in your region (US or EU), which helps avoid extra customs fees. Visit the Shipping & Customs page to know more.

✦ How long will my order take to arrive?
– Artprints and sets: 3–8 business days (up to 21 for Asia)
– Originals Artworks: 4-7 business days depending on location

✦ How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

✦ Hotel Madame Subscription🗝️

• By subscribing to “Hotel Madame” you declare that you are +18 years old.

• If you have a monthly subscription it will automatically renew every 1st day of the month.

• If you have an annual subscription it will be renewed every year.

• If you want to cancel your subscription you can do so before the renewal date: log in to your account and click "Subscriptions" and then "Cancel subscription".

  For any questions, requests or if you are unable to cancel your subscription send us an email to madamedabi@gmai.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that all subscriptions (monthly or annual subscription) are non-refundable!
