Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Madame Dabi ships worldwide. Art prints and print sets are produced and shipped from local printing labs close to your destination, while original artworks are shipped from my studio in Italy.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Art prints and print sets are produced and shipped from local printing labs close to your destination. This helps reduce customs delays and unexpected import fees. Original artworks are shipped from Italy. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on local laws.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Are the art prints framed?

No. All art prints are sold unframed, so you can choose the frame that best suits your space.

Which print size should I choose?

Available sizes may vary depending on the artwork. You can find the full size options in each individual product listing.Smaller formats are ideal for intimate corners, while larger prints or custom print sets work beautifully for bedrooms, dressing areas and gallery walls.

What kind of paper do you use for art prints?

Madame Dabi art prints are printed on museum-quality matte paper, selected to preserve the detail, atmosphere and elegance of the original artwork. Paper type, weight and size may vary depending on the specific print. Please check each individual product listing for full details.

What is the difference between an art print and an original artwork?

Art prints are high-quality reproductions of original Madame Dabi artworks. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by hand and shipped from the artist’s studio in Italy.

Do original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Original artworks are shipped with a certificate of authenticity.

How are art prints packaged?

Art prints are carefully packed in protective mailing tubes to help ensure safe delivery.

How are original artworks packaged?

Original artworks are carefully prepared and shipped either flat or rolled, depending on size. Each original artwork includes gift-ready packaging, tracking and a certificate of authenticity.

Can I create my own art print set?

Yes. You can create your own custom set of 3 Madame Dabi art prints and save 20% on the total amount. Choose your three favourite prints from the Art Prints section, then order your Custom Art Print Set here. Please write the titles of the three prints you have chosen in the form that opens when you click the “Add to Cart” button.

Can I commission a custom artwork?

Yes. Madame Dabi accepts selected custom artwork commissions. For more details, please complete the commission form or contact us at madamedabi@gmail.com.

Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen, depending on your device settings. Each print is carefully produced to preserve the atmosphere, detail and character of the original artwork as faithfully as possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at madamedabi@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at madamedabi@gmail.com and we will look into it with the courier or printing partner. Where applicable, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please email us as soon as possible at madamedabi@gmail.com and we will do our best to change or cancel it before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Can I return my order?

Art prints are made to order especially for you, and original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces. For this reason, returns for change of mind are not accepted.If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at madamedabi@gmail.com and we will assist you.
