If you purchase a service or artwork for commercial purposes, licensing, publication, brand use or business use, a separate written agreement may be required.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, illustrations, images, texts, graphics, product photographs, designs and visual materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Madame Dabi / Amalia Russiello, unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an art print, original artwork, digital product, commission or service does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell, copy, license, use for commercial purposes or create derivative works from any Madame Dabi artwork or content without written permission.

Orders

Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is considered accepted only once you receive an order confirmation email. Madame Dabi reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock errors, incorrect customer information or misuse of the website. Please make sure that all personal, billing and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Prices

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product Information

Madame Dabi makes every effort to display product descriptions, colours, images, sizes, materials and prices as accurately as possible.However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device or monitor. Small variations may also occur between the original artwork and printed reproductions. Please read each product listing carefully before placing your order, including size, paper, framing information, processing times and shipping details.

Art Prints

Art prints are made to order especially for you. They are produced and shipped from local printing labs close to your destination and are sold unframed unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Paper type, weight, size and print specifications may vary depending on the individual artwork. Please check each product listing for full details before placing your order.

Original Artworks

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by hand by Amalia Russiello and shipped from the artist’s studio in Italy. Original artworks may be shipped flat or rolled, depending on size and medium. Each original artwork includes tracking and a certificate of authenticity unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Custom Artworks and Commissions

Madame Dabi accepts selected custom artwork commissions depending on availability and schedule. Commission details, price, timeline, usage rights and revision terms may vary depending on the project and will be confirmed before the work begins. Custom artworks are created according to an agreed artistic direction, but the final result remains an original interpretation by the artist. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom artworks are for personal use only and do not include commercial usage, reproduction or licensing rights.

Shipping

Madame Dabi ships worldwide.Art prints and print sets are produced and shipped from local printing labs close to your destination. Original artworks are shipped from the artist’s studio in Italy. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on the Shipping page and in individual product listings. These times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, customs checks, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply.

Customs and Import Taxes

Art prints and print sets are produced and shipped from local printing labs close to your destination. This helps reduce customs delays and unexpected import fees. Original artworks are shipped from Italy. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on local laws. Madame Dabi has no control over customs duties, import taxes or delays caused by customs procedures.

Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Please email madamedabi@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Returns

Art prints are made to order especially for you, and original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces. For this reason, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Please choose carefully before placing your order and check all product details, including size, paper, framing information and shipping times.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact madamedabi@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, so the issue can be reviewed and a replacement or refund arranged where applicable. If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will look into it with the courier or printing partner. Where applicable, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Digital Products, Subscriptions and Online Services

Digital products, subscriptions, online content and services may be subject to specific terms, access rules and cancellation policies stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, digital products, subscriptions and online services are non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has begun.
