✦ US Shipping Update ✦

From August 29th, 2025, the US government has removed the de minimis exemption, which means that all orders under USD $800 are now subject to customs duties and taxes.

Due to this new regulation, We have temporarily suspended shipping all original artworks to the United States until further notice. Originals remain available only within Europe, with complimentary shipping as always.

Please note: art prints and print sets continue to ship to the US without duties, as they are fulfilled locally through my partner labs.

✦ Art Prints & Artprint Sets

Standard art prints and print sets are shipped from local printing labs, depending on your destination. This means:

– Fast and traceable delivery
– we can ship arprints and artprints sets worldwide, also to USA with no additional costs
– Carefully packed in protective mailing tubes

These prints are made to order and printed just for you, museum-quality and ready to frame.

✦ Originals

All original artworks are shipped directly from Madame’s studio in Italy worldwide but currently we are unable to ship original artworks to USA.

– Gift-ready packaging: satin ribbon, perfumed tissue, and certificate of authenticity
– Sent flat or rolled depending on size
– Always shipped with tracking
– Shipping is always free (currently originals are not available for US shipping)

✦ Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, additional taxes or customs fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on local laws. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

We do our best to minimize issues and provide accurate documentation, if you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to sender. Reshipping costs will apply if the address was incorrect.

✦ Customs & Duties Reminder

While most standard print and print sets orders ship locally and avoid customs fees, all items shipped from our studio in Italy (originals, limited editions, fine arts) may be subject to import duties outside the EU.
We do our best to make the experience seamless and beautiful, from shipping to unwrapping.
