Spring Reverie in the Boudoir
Spring is here with lighter air, the softest colors, and the scent of the first flowers. I like to bring this new season into my home and into my boudoir through soft tones and small rituals.
My Easter indulgence will be a box of Confezione Ovetti Pastello by Marchesi 1824, a sweet treat to savor slowly, their soft tones perfectly echoing the palette of the season.
For the evenings, I have fallen for this candle by Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, a delicate, enveloping scent that lingers softly and fills the room with a refined warmth.
My spring essential will be the Prada Beauty Prada Blush in shade Waterlily, a perfect pink for this season.
At home, I recently chose this soft pink vase to introduce a Belle Époque note into my space.
There are also those small gestures of care that define the season: this Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Rosa Rossa Hand Cream, delicate and floral and the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, an essential mist I return to constantly as the days grow warmer.
Some pieces stay in the mind long before they enter the wardrobe. Since visiting the boutique, I cannot stop thinking about this shirt by Loretta Caponi: crisp white cotton, light on the skin perfect paired with a pastels tone cardigan.
While in Florence, this Dior Book Tote caught my attention. Its embroidery reproducing the first edition cover of Les Liaisons Dangereuses embroidered on a pink background, unmistakably in a Madame Dabi mood!
I’m ending this Spring edit with a selection of artworks and prints from my shop, pieces with soft pastels tones, created to complement the spring mood in your Boudoir.
